I imported an STL model with the control surfaces colored differently into Blender. I used boxes with displaced edges to match the elevon outlines and then intersected / subtracted, resulting in three STL files: the spaceplane body with the elevons removed, the right elevon and the left elevon.
I then recombined the three STLs into Blender and generated four models:
Elevons at zero degrees, both elevons 15 deg up, then both down, then right up and left down. I exported them as STL files. These models will be analyzed by the CFD software to get roll and pitch stability derivatives.
